He has been on the tools and at the management table

Dale started on the shop floor. He is a Red Seal Journeyman Welder, spent part of his career in Alberta’s oil and gas industry, and moved from the tools into senior operational and leadership roles. He holds an MBA from the University of Prince Edward Island. He has led 185 unionized tradespeople.

He has sat at the management table, and he has been the person expected to turn those decisions into finished work. That is the perspective he brings to your job: he knows what it takes to actually get it done.
