This is an estimate, not a quote. It is built from the values you entered and from Bedford planning assumptions, not from anything measured in your plant, and every figure is rounded so it cannot be mistaken for a price. The planning case assumes automation wins back about 60% of unplanned downtime, takes over about 80% of the hand hours you set, and trims energy use by about 12%. The cautious case uses 40%, 60% and 6%. The strong case uses 75%, 90% and 18%.
